Items shipped from Beach Cities Scuba, including Amazon/EBay Warehouses, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

• Equipment that is slightly used will be eligible for return with in-store credit only.
• Equipment that is heavily used is not eligible for return under any circumstances. 
• Some manufacturers have a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee as an option. This is done on a case-by-case basis and worked directly with the manufacturer.
• We work with manufacturers all over the world. As a dealer, we will help you to the best of our ability and will treat all exchanges and returns as a top priority with you as the customer. 
• If an item cannot be returned for whatever reason, our staff will alert the customer immediately. 
• To determine if a product sold by Beach Cities Scuba has a longer return timeline, please contact our staff! Our standard 30-day return policy applies.
• For more information on refund timing and amounts (including partial refunds and restocking fees), please contact us at info@beachcitiescuba.com. 
• If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you return it or have been charged for item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
