Victoria street is best known for the tower located near the beach. Easy to find from shore and boat. But, this area is located in a private residence, which makes parking very limited to get access to dive this area. 

Logistically, this is a location that is a bit hard to get to from shore due to the parking situation. The Riviera Yacht Charter enjoys diving here as well. Additionally, there are no facilities located on this beach. For diving, it is expected that you stay out away from the shoreline and away from the turbulent waters to ensure a safe and enjoyable dive.

There is a reef off to the right hand side at the bottom of the stairs and it heads west. There is also seasonal kelp here, but the wave action usually takes it out and leaves the reef barren of the kelp forest. 

It is, of note, not considered a protected cove; which means wave action can get high and make this dive site a more advanced dive even with changing tides. Use caution when entering and exiting the water. There is no life guard stand at this location.

For added safety, make sure you have a Surface Marker Buoy (SMB), a knife and an underwater light to check out the little critters hiding among the reef! 

This location is in the Marine Protected Area. You are not allowed to hunt here.
